Givens, Mary (Feb 27, 1802 – Aug 20, 1873) by Thomas Wheatley

From Mary's Ancestral File Record, she was born February 1802 in
Sanford, Lincoln, Kentucky.  At the age of 24, she married Mcgee
Harris.  They were married the day after Christmas in 1826 in
Tennessee.  They had six children born while in Tennessee and
three children were born in Illinois.

It is apparent that Mary Givens Harris came with her family to the Rocky Mountains in the Heber C. Kimball Company of 1848.

Mary would have been 46 at the time of the trek.

Mary died August 20, 1873 at the age of 71 in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
